- Orders may be placed online, or in person by appointment.
- We accept payment online via Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay Venmo or Apple Pay.
- Fine + Demi Fine Jewelry is made-to-order, and production begins on the first business day after payment is received.
- Allow approximately 6-8 weeks for made-to-order 935 jewelry items, 8-12 weeks for sculpture and furniture, and 1-2 weeks for leather goods and other Ready to Ship items, unless stated otherwise for âpre-order itemsâ. We strive to meet or exceed deadlines whenever possible. Depending on customization requests, orders may take longer to complete.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee (See âGlobal Shippingâ below). Please inquire at info@bond-hardware.com.
- Sales tax will be added at checkout for domestic orders, in accordance with individual state regulations. Duties and fees are subject to clientsâ shipping address.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships.
- We offer free ground shipping within North America on orders over $250.
- International shipping rates are calculated based on destination at checkout.
- We are not responsible for any additional customs or duties fees. If you are contacted by the courier to pay these fees + they are not paid within the allotted timeframe, the order will be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs again before the order can be resent.
- No signature is required at the time of delivery.
- If you require a signature upon delivery, there is an additional fee + you will be contacted prior to shipment to pay this invoice. If the invoice is not paid, we cannot ship your order.
- Once your order has shipped, youâll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Weâre not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, stolen or violated packages or any other issues that occur after the packages are sent. We suggest contacting the shipping provider with your tracking information to follow up with them directly.

FINAL SALE POLICY
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for earrings or piercing jewelry under any circumstances due to hygienic reasons.
- All custom 935 silver pieces, special orders, and items used for unauthorized press purposes are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
EXCHANGES + STORE CREDIT (BY APPROVAL ONLY)
- For eligible items, exchanges or store credit may be requested and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges or store credit. This fee will be invoiced or deducted from store credit once the item is received at our studio.
- To request approval, please email clear photos of the item from all angles so we can review its condition.
- Approval is granted at our discretion based on the information provided.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
- Approved returns must match the condition shown in the submitted photos.
- If an item is returned worn, damaged, or altered beyond the approved condition, the exchange or store credit will no longer be valid.
- In this case, the original payment is forfeited and the item is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.
- The 15% restocking fee will still apply.
- If desired, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense or a new item may be purchased at full price.
RETURN PROCESS (IF APPROVED)
- Once approved, items must be carefully re-packaged in their original packaging with the order slip included or order number clearly written on the exterior of the package. Please write Exchange or Store Credit on either the exterior or on the order slip.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a verified product issue.
- Shipping labels are provided only in cases of confirmed material, manufacturing, or craftsmanship issues.
- Exchanges or store credit are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
- If a restocking fee invoice is not paid, the exchange or store credit will not be processed.
PRODUCT ISSUES / DEFECTS
- If your item arrives with a verified issue related to materials, manufacturing, or craftsmanship, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
- All product concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

Press inquiries should be sent to press@bond-hardware.com. Items purchased for a shoot or event are not eligible for return unless there is a verifiable manufacturing issue.
- Your BOND Hardware piece is made to last forever. Any item damaged by usual wear is eligible for repair for a fee.
- All BOND Jewelry items have a Lifetime Fade-Free Guarantee. In the very unusual occasion you experience fading with any BOND jewelry piece, we offer a replacement free of charge. Please send a picture of your piece to info@bond-hardware.com
- We will repair, replace, or refund any product for issues with materials, manufacturing, or craftsmanship. Eligibility for replacement or refund will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact info@bond-hardware.com if you experience any product problems.
- Repairs: Please email us about your repair needs. Repair evaluations will be given once photos are received by the Studio. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
- We reserve the right to return the item to you, if we assess that the issue isnât manufacturing-related, or due to usual wear, after our inspection.

- All 935 Silver pieces are made-to-order.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks from the moment you place the order for it to be shipped.
- Please contact us with your ideas or interests for custom orders. Email: info@bond-hardware.com.
- Custom orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks. We will provide updates on your piece as it is produced.
- We request any amendments are also relayed in writing.
- We require a deposit to cover custom production costs on all pieces. This amount due varies depending on the piece requested, and is non-refundable.
- Engraving options are available starting at a $75 fee.
- Engraving options are only available for 935 Silver, 10k or 14k Gold orders.

- We are no longer offering piercing at our studio on a regular basis. Piercings will only be available at special events.
- Before you pierce at our studio we ask every customer to fill out our Piercing Consent Form
- Your information will be kept confidential and secure.
- We will never rent or sell any of your information to a third party.
- We will only email you to track / confirm / discuss your order, and if you sign up for our mailing list.
